What can you expect as an Account Executive?

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales process - from initial contact to contract signing. You will use your skills to build valuable partnerships and convince fitness clubs and other health-related businesses to adopt Virtuagym. Your goal is to drive growth in your market by providing tailored solutions and developing a deep understanding of your customers' needs.


Working closely with the Business Development team, you will take qualified leads and guide them through the sales process to contract signing. Your results-driven mindset and focus on long-term customer relationships will ensure lasting success.

Your responsibilities as Account Executive

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base in the Benelux health, fitness, and wellbeing market.

  • Present our product through demos and convert prospects into long-term clients.

  • Manage and negotiate the entire sales process through to contract signing

  • Negotiate deals and build strong partnerships.

  • Actively contribute to the development of new sales strategies to further grow our business

  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to optimise the customer experience

Job requirements

What you bring to the Account Executive team

  • Health & Fitness experience: you've worked in the industry, whether as a personal trainer, gym manager, or another relevant role.

  • Sales expertise: you know how to spot opportunities and close the deal. 

  • Fluent in Dutch (native-level) and English 

  • Tech-savvy problem solver: quick to adapt to new technologies, with a knack for solving challenges on the go.

  • Fast-paced, commercial mindset: you thrive in a dynamic environment and are focused on driving success.

  • 1st interview with our Country Director Benelux;

  • 2nd interview, with role play, with our Country Director and member from the team;

  • 3rd interview with our Chief Revenue Officer.
