Join Virtuagym as a Customer Service Consultant Benelux (Dutch-speaking)!

We are the leading software solution for fitness professionals and market leader in the Netherlands, more than 50% of all Dutch fitness clubs use our software every day! With a multicultural team of 150 employees worldwide, we're growing faster than ever which is why we’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our Client Succes team. Work from our awesome office in central Amsterdam or from home - we love flexibility. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with our clients, playing a key role in our growth and making a real impact in a fast-paced tech scale-up!

What you’ll do:

💬 Be the voice of Virtuagym, helping clients with top nop-notch support

🤝 Connect with clients and become their go-to person

🛠️ Work with Product to solve tech issues and improve the platform
🔥 Make a difference every day - your ideas and work truly count

Job requirements

✅ What you bring:

  • Native Dutch and strong English skills

  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills

  • Creative problem solver who handles challenges effectively
