HR Assistant

As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our HR team. As HR Assistant in the People & Culture team, you will be responsible for supporting HR operations, coordinating administrative processes, and helping to create a smooth employee experience for our colleagues in Colombia. Although you will be working for our Colombian office in Medellín, we are a remote-friendly company! You can work from home whenever you like, as long as you deliver great results. You can also join your colleagues in our Medellín office, and enjoy team events and company gatherings.

What this role looks like

Some of your key tasks as an HR Assistant:

• Provide day-to-day support with HR administration and employee records.

• Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Coordinate payroll updates.

• Support the organization of HR initiatives, office days, and team events.

• Support with the health and safety plan.

• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies.

What you will bring to the team

• Based in Medellín, Colombia.

• Strong written and spoken English (required).

• 1–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
