Are you passionate about health and fitness, with experience in the industry as a personal trainer, club manager, or similar role? Are you fluent in Dutch and eager to take on an exciting opportunity in sales? At Virtuagym, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Account Executive to help us grow our client base in the Benelux region. If you're a strong communicator with a talent for closing deals, we want to hear from you!


What can you expect as an Account Executive?

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the entire sales process - from initial contact to contract signing. You will use your skills to build valuable partnerships and convince fitness clubs and other health-related businesses to adopt Virtuagym. Your goal is to drive growth in your market by providing tailored solutions and developing a deep understanding of your customers' needs.


Working closely with the Business Development team, you will take qualified leads and guide them through the sales process to contract signing. Your results-driven mindset and focus on long-term customer relationships will ensure lasting success.


Your responsibilities as Account Executive

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base in the Benelux health, fitness, and wellbeing market.
  • Present our product through demos and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Manage and negotiate the entire sales process through to contract signing
  • Negotiate deals and build strong partnerships.
  • Actively contribute to the development of new sales strategies to further grow our business
  • Work closely with the Customer Success and Marketing teams to optimise the customer experience

Job requirements

What you bring to the Account Executive team

  • Health & Fitness experience: you've worked in the industry, whether as a personal trainer, gym manager, or another relevant role.
  • Sales expertise: you know how to spot opportunities and close the deal. 
  • Negotiation skills: you’re a strong negotiator with a results-driven approach.
  • Presentation & Demo experience: comfortable giving demos and leading presentations.
  • Fluent in Dutch (native-level) and English 
  • Tech-savvy problem solver: quick to adapt to new technologies, with a knack for solving challenges on the go.
  • Fast-paced, commercial mindset: you thrive in a dynamic environment and are focused on driving success.
