We are the leading software solution for fitness professionals and market leader in the Netherlands, more than 50% of all Dutch fitness clubs use our software every day! With a multicultural team of 175 employees worldwide, we're growing faster than ever which is why we’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Junior Account Manager to join our Sales team. Work from our awesome office in central Amsterdam or from home - we love flexibility. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with our clients, playing a key role in our growth and making a real impact in a fast-paced tech scale-up!

What this role looks like

You will be in charge of managing a book of customers within the health and fitness industry such as fitness clubs and boutique studios. Your goal is to retain these customers, to mitigate churn and upsell the customers on additional modules. In addition, you will be tasked with migrating customers to more advanced software platforms where applicable.

Some of your key tasks as an Account Manager

  • Engage with existing customers through high velocity outbound prospecting to up-sell, renew and cross sell.

  • Keep track of upsell opportunities through a defined sales process to achieve and surpass your monthly targets.

  • Demonstrate software solutions to your customers, from core products to modules, to payment solutions and upgrades.

  • Coach merchants to grow their business by providing tailored and structured recommendations to achieve those goals.

  • Build a trusted advisor relationship with your customers and identify upsell opportunities.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize the growth of your book of business.

  • Guide customers through their upgrade path from basic platforms to our more advanced all in one platforms.

  • Collaborate with our Customer Success team to identify accounts at risk and prevent churn.

Job requirements

What you will bring to the Sales team

  • Native Dutch and strong English communication skills

  • A passion for health, fitness and making an impact

  • Energetic, motivated and ready to hit and exceed targets!

  • Experience in the health/fitness industry, for instance as a personal trainer or gym manager would be huge plus!
