We are looking for a Web Developer  to develop, implement, track and optimize our website and have an impact on our digital marketing campaigns. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies.

You will manage all website performance and UX related activities. Next to that you will publish content, maintaining continuity of themes, design layouts, streamline navigation and increase our online presence to potential customers.


Since our website is the most important source of inbound leads, state-of-the-art design and UX is a must to ensure the best possible buyer journey. Therefore you will manage and implement designs and user flows.


Your Responsibilities:

  • You make sure our website looks awesome on every device and resolution, in all supported languages

  • Stay on top of current web trends and implement best practices to improve performance

  • Ensure website functionality and perform software updates

  • Monitor, assess, and report on website performance

  • Manage coordinate and implement the design of new and current webpages

  • Create landing pages and optimize user experience

  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all web-related KPIs.

  • Reviewing existing marketing campaigns/processes across the business and automating where appropriate.

  • Contribute, experiment with, and implement new ideas to boost lead generation and conversion rate optimization

Requirements

Knowledge and experience:

  • You have finished higher education, preferably in Web development with a mind for marketing, media, communications, design or comparable.

  • You have affinity with building websites and a head for online marketing and can prove you have a solid understanding.

  • You have strong project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous, multiple activities.

  • You enjoy using data to make decisions and possess strong quantitative and analytical skills

  • you are up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and online marketing 

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)

  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and a good understanding of Wordpress.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager

  • Experience with tools like Hotjar and UsabilityHub

  • Experience with A/B testing

  • Experience with HubSpot
