As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our People team. As Talent Acquisiton Partner, you will be responsible for hiring the best talent to grow our team and business. Will you join us in our quest to create a healthier and happier world?

This is a remote position (within the Netherlands), where you will be working for our Amsterdam office. We are looking for a full-time employee (part time can be discussed). We are a remote-friendly company, meaning you can work from your home at all times within the Netherlands. Additionally, you can work from any location you want within Europe up until 4 weeks at a time for a maximum of 12 weeks in a year.

What this role looks like

  • Communicating with candidates gives you a lot of energy, ensuring timely and qualitative communication with the candidates and hiring team

  • The words creative, hands-on, guts and pragmatic perfectly describe you: this is how you come into contact with the best talents.

  • You have eye for detail and don't drop balls whilst you coordinate the full recruitment cycle from posting the job to sending the job offer.

  • Reaching out to candidates is your road to success; you think the "post and pray method" is outdated.

  • You care about recruitment analytics and know how to track metrics like time to hire and quality of hire.

  • Waiting for the perfect plan is not your thing; you like to try things out and believe that the ideal solution will follow.

  • Your creative mind knows like no other how to contribute to the development of the employer brand.

Job requirements

What you will bring to the team

  • Experience: 1-2+ year(s) end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-growing, international environment;

  • Specialism: full-cycle recruitment of commercial and/or technical (software engineering) roles;

  • Communication skills: you are an effective communicator in English, you're very skilled when it comes to building internal and external partnerships;

  • Ownership: you take the lead of the entire hiring process;

  • Flexibility: you adapt quickly to changing priorities;

  • Competencies: you recognize yourself in the competencies resourceful, planning and organisation, empathy, proactive and leadership;

  • Analytical skills: you are familiar with making analyses that can improve the quality of our recruitment process.
