As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our Sales team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for both Inbound and Outbound Account Executive performance in your market(s). Will you join us in our quest to create a healthier and happier world?


This is a remote position (within the Netherlands), where you will be working for our Amsterdam office. We are looking for a full-time employee (part time can be discussed). We are a remote-friendly company, meaning you can work from your home at all times within the Netherlands. Additionally, you can work from any location you want within Europe up until 4 weeks at a time for a maximum of 12 weeks in a year.

What this role looks like
As Sales Manager, you are responsible for both Inbound and Outbound Account Executive performance in your market(s). You will be looked to drive healthy and efficient growth through any means necessary including, but not limited to,

  • Hire and quickly ramp new reps with training, including product knowledge, buyer personas, competition, tools training, and role-plays.

  • Provide reps with a coaching cadence of time management, objection handling, prospecting tactics, and active listening skills.

  • Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of the team and individual AE’s to ensure key performance metrics are met.

  • Design and Implementation of new sales processes together with the Sales Director to achieve monthly targets.

  • Own and drive execution of Virtuagym’s pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top of the funnel metrics, conversion rates, pipeline quality, and revenue influenced across all markets.

  • Research, negotiation, and implementation of new software and tools.

  • Proactive collaboration with other departments such as Client Success, Operations, and Marketing.

  • Lead by example and promote Virtuagym’s culture within your team.

Your key metrics will include:

  • Lead To Demo, Demo to Sale= Lead to Sale efficiency

  • MRR Won to achieve company targets

  • LTV / CAC (in collaboration with other departments.)

With such large and diverse responsibilities, you will have opportunities to hire or promote new team leads to support you in achieving your responsibilities and metrics. Hiring strategies for these roles (e.g. Team Lead per FTE counts) will be formed in agreement with the Sales Director and CRO.

Job requirements

  • 3 years of SaaS inside sales experience

  • You are a natural leader and love mentoring sales team members to assess skills gaps, develop improvement plans, and successfully execute upon these

  • Comfortable driving a data-driven approach to management, evaluating performance based on quantitative metrics, and reporting on those metrics to leadership

  • Proficiency in Salesforce

  • Hands-on & problem-solving approach

  • Excellent interpersonal skills & approachable leader, always promoting Virtuagym's culture.

  • Demonstrated organizational skills

  • High level of work ethic and integrity

  • Assertive and strong desire to succeed
