What this role looks like

As our Sales Manager EMEA, you will be in charge of improving the ways of telling our stories which will ultimately lead to more new customers than ever before. You will be doing this with your team of brilliant Account Executives.

You bring a unique mix of talents to the table. First and foremost, you keep the customer at the center of what we do. Your commercial awareness will help us spot new opportunities, while squeezing everything out of the opportunities that we already have got. Your operational excellence helps solve bottlenecks while we keep improving the experience for employees, customers and partners. Last but not least, your outstanding people management skills will help our teams reach new heights and will help us grow the future leaders of our company.


You will be surrounded by some of the brightest minds in the industry including an awesome founding team, amazing investors and flagship customers.


In addition you will:

  • Hire Account Executives on an ongoing basis
  • Onboard, train and continuously, coach your team members
  • Pro-actively manage your reps towards success to meet and exceed sales objectives
    • Run pipeline analysis in our CRM (Salesforce) or Business Intelligence Platform (DOMO) to predict outcome and coach your team against that
    • Closely monitor your market share gains: how many clubs is your team adding each month
  • Carve out campaigns to give your team a competitive edge for this month
  • Feed your reps quality account plans in our Sales Engagement Platform (Salesloft) so you set them up to thrive
  • Be a people person and a team builder: happy teams put in the best results!

Requirements

What you bring to the table 

  • 2+ years of management experience
  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • You’re a keen talent evaluator and love identifying future sales superstars;
  • Excellent motivator; you know how to find what really drives people and build around those motivations;
  • The ability to take unpopular decisions and build consensus around it
