What Is It All About?
As a Management Assistant you are responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and managing the day-to-day operations of 5 senior-level executives
Execute daily administrative and secretarial activities in all confidentiality and discretion
Maintain dynamic schedules, including meeting planning and preparation
Maintain follow-up file to proactively advise the managers of upcoming events, activities, appointments, meetings and deadlines
Arrange the agenda and mailboxes of the managers in an efficient and effective manner
Respond to inquiries and resolves issues not requiring the attention of the managers
Take care of paper and digital archive
Arrange travel for the managers
Take minutes during the weekly Board meeting
Assist in preparing management presentations, meetings with personnel and external visitors
Who Are You?
Strong communication and social skills in English and Dutch
Minimum of 3 years of work experience
You are very accurate and punctual
You are service-oriented
You have ability to prioritize and work under pressure
You like working in an international high paced environment
You are able to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive issues or information
