Are you looking for a challenging role in an international company, located in the center of Medellin, with lots of growth potential? We are now looking for a Key Account Manager Americas to join our Medellin-based team in our efforts to make the world a healthier and fitter place.


This is a remote position (within Colombia), where you will be working for our Medellin office. We are looking for a full-time employee (part-time can be discussed). We are a remote-friendly company, meaning you can work from your home at all times within Colombia. Additionally, you can work from any location you want up until 3 weeks at a time for a maximum of 12 weeks in a year.

What this role looks like

As our Key Account Manager you are responsible for relationship management of several of our most important accounts, such as large-scale gym chains operating on an international level. This full-time role is mainly focused on the Americas region.

You'll be joining an agile team: after the daily stand-up, you'll tackle your daily priority list. On your agenda for the day is a catch-up with one of your accounts to align on the next steps in the implementation of their own app, built by our Product Development team. After a great call you'll move on to speaking with a Product Manager to discuss newly launched exciting features for your accounts. Next on the agenda is an onboarding call for a recent addition to your account portfolio and you'll wrap up the day by planning the upcoming review meetings.

Job requirements

What you will bring to the Key Accounts Team

  • 1-3 years of client-facing experience through a CSM or Account Management position.

  • Excellent communication skills in English both written and speaking (native level is not required but definitely a plus)

  • A true relationship builder both internally and externally.

  • Strong project management skills, and comfortable with steering projects in a fast-changing environment

  • You have attention to detail, drive to optimize processes, and the ability to assess account needs and identify gaps

  • Like working independently, but are also motivated to bring the team to a higher level

  • You have an enthusiastic and persistent personality - you like to get things done

Even better if you...

  • Have worked in a SaaS organisation

  • Love the fitness industry

  • Speak multiple languages in addition to English
