As Customer Service Consultant in our Client Success Benelux team, you will be the first point of contact for our local clients/customers and manage their success! Will you join us in our quest to create a healthier and happier world?

This role as Customer Service Consultant is based at our Amsterdam office and is a full-time position. We are a remote-friendly company, meaning you can work from your home within the Netherlands or any location you want within Europe, up until 3 weeks at a time for a maximum of 12 weeks in a year. The Client Success team consists of young and fast learning professionals and we are looking for someone to kick start their career or are looking for their 2nd step.

As Customer Service Consultant, you will be a key player responsible for the growth and development of Virtuagym as well as establishing a strong connection with our Dutch speaking customers. You will add to the process of engaging and motivating our clients to use our software and expanding our customer base every day. Take a look at the video below to meet the Client Success team!

Some of your key tasks as Customer Service Consultant

  • Offering (technical) support with customers via phone, chat or email

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Sharing the customer’s voice with internal stakeholders

  • Driving retention

Job requirements

What you will bring to the Client Success team

  • You would like to develop yourself in managing customers. Prior experience in customer contact, such as at a call center, in hospitality and/or at events is a plus;

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (native - mandatory) and English;

  • You easily connect with people;

  • You feel comfortable working with a lot of freedom and autonomy, ready to take responsibility and are ready to thrive working remotely;

  • You are a true problem solver with great emphatic skills;

  • You’re a fast learner and tech-savvy;

  • Strong organization and time management skills and ability to think outside the box.

Bonus points for…

  • Customer facing experience;

  • Experience working within the SaaS industry;

  • Experience with Salesforce & Jira;

  • Affinity with fitness.

The hiring process

The hiring process for this role consists of :

  • Phone screening with one of our Consultants

  • 1st interview with a Senior Consultant and team member

  • 2nd interview with CS Head of Benelux
