What is it all about

We are a multi-disciplinary team of designers, product owners, domain experts, and web developers who collaborate closely with each other to create innovative, usable, great-looking products that the health and wellness industry loves to use.

Our product department takes the lead in investigating what our customers need and want from our products and services and evaluate user experience. As a UX Researcher you are a direct part of this team and conduct independent research, facilitate interviews, analyze real user behavior and work with User Experience Designers, Products Owners, and Developers to improve our product features and develop new ones. Your work spans across all of our domains, and you are encouraged to identify new opportunities for user experience improvements and customer understanding.



  • Initiate and facilitate face-to-face and remote interviews with our users.

  • Star as the main point of contact for our research candidates.

  • Design and conduct user studies to gauge the usability of new and existing features.

  • Make concrete, data-driven recommendations for change based on your findings.

  • Communicate with team members throughout the process.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Strong language skills in English and Dutch, both verbal and written;
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, human computer interaction, cognitive psychology, user experience design, information science, or a related field, and graduating in 2018, 2019 or 2020.
  • Must be currently enrolled in a full-time degree program.
  • Experience conducting user research.
  • Authorization to work in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant work/project experience in an applied research setting including but not limited to integrating user research into product designs and design practices.

  • Strong understanding of strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase.
