In this role you will focus on all HR processes in our Medellin Office. Our Medellin office consists of the following departments: Sales, Client Success, Key Accounts, Data & BI, IT support, HR and general management. You will report directly to the global HR director (based in Amsterdam), work closely with the Global HR team and with your local HR administration colleague Lina.
Some of your key tasks will be
The correct and smooth processing of the HR administration;
Be the first point of contact for all employee-related questions;
Evaluating and improving processes: you ensure optimal alignment between all stakeholders, communicate well and have an eye for user-friendliness and efficiency;
Ensure all HR processes are compliant with local laws and regulations;
To locally embed the global HR policies and processes.
What you will bring to the team
At least 3 years of experience within HR operations and administration;
You have a perfect understanding of the local labour law and (tax) regulations;
#worksmarternotharder: you have an affinity with optimizing and automating processes;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Spanish is a pre;
You feel comfortable working remotely, and with having lot's freedom and autonomy;
You are flexible, dedicated, focused and a team player.
