We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to join our adventure!

Requirements

In any case, as our new Head of Recruitment you have:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 1 year in a managing role 
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of employer branding strategy
  • An eye and passion for process and structure optimisation
  • A strong belief that analytics help you improve the recruitment process and strategy
  • The skills to bring our recruiters to the next level
  • Always a smile on your face, lots of energy and a get-things-done mentality
  • A native understanding of the Dutch language. However, our internal communication is done in English. Therefore you don’t mind bringing your application under our attention in English


In this role, you report to the HR Manager, and have 4 direct reports. You are a part of the Virtuagym management team and work closely with a diverse team of stakeholders.
