We are now looking for a Head of Key Accounts - AMERICAS to join our Medellin-based team in our efforts to make the world a healthier and happier place. What the role is all about
As our Head of Key Accounts you’re responsible for relationship management of maximum 2 or 3 of our largest accounts, as well as leading and coaching your fellow team members. So after the daily team stand-up you work on some emails from your clients, and before you know it, your day continues with a meeting with the Product Development team to discuss features for our accounts.
After a well-deserved lunch it is time to get in touch with some representatives of one of our accounts and their key account manager. Your final task of the day is to have one-on-ones with your team members where you help them think along with challenging client situations. With your own experience in Key Account Management you love coaching your colleagues on a daily basis. You identify where they can develop themselves and establish an open feedback culture. Before you go home, you sit down with your Enterprise Sales colleague to discuss the pipeline and to identify which colleagues can pick up which account. What a challenging, but fun day!
Who are you?
At least 4+ years of Account Management & Leadership experience
Strong people (management) skills: you care about your team, are keen to share knowledge and are open to giving and receiving continuous feedback
Great communicator in English (native-level), and a true relationship builder, both externally and internally
You recognize yourself in the competencies resourceful, planning and organization, empathy, proactive and leadership
Like coaching others using your experience to establish a solid team
Working independently, but also motivated to bring the team to a higher level
An eye for optimization of processes, you see the bigger picture
Result-driven and like to keep things lean and efficient
