What the role is all about
This is a unique opportunity to be a member of the Virtuagym Enterprise team. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals, with a clear passion (and resourcefulness) for growing strategic partnerships. As Enterprise Success Manager, you will manage an assigned portfolio of Key Accounts within your territory and be responsible for developing the full strategy and business with those accounts in conjunction with our Enterprise Sales team and Key Accounts department.
The Enterprise Success Manager is responsible for the largest customers Virtuagym works with. Your daily tasks are setting joint business targets with the accounts and you’re responsible to involve the right stakeholders, internally and externally on a project based way, to reach those goals. During the onboarding process of new accounts you work closely together with the sales team and Key Account manager for a smooth handover. Besides the daily contact with the accounts, you are the partner specialist within Virtuagym, and help improve the Virtuagym partner platform within Enterprise. You’re part of the energetic and ambitious Enterprise team, they are responsible for the global Enterprise accounts.
Some of your key tasks will be
You manage growth of a portfolio of 20-50 Enterprise accounts, for example Ms.Sporty;
Set long term joint business targets with all the brands in your portfolio and work on project base towards those goals;
Work closely together with the key stakeholders to gather key data/tools to support the common strategy to reach the set goals;
Analyse, develop, present and follow up on DACH brand partner growth plans;
Monitor commercial performance insights and opportunities and share best practices with all stakeholders;
You strengthen brand partner relations;
You are responsible to reach your individual targets.
What you will bring to the team
You have at least a Bachelor degree;
You have an affinity with the Fitness industry;
You speak both German and English fluent;
You have experience with sales on VP and C level and are used to work with targets and KPI’s;
You have worked in/knowledge about the software industry;
You worked before in a fast-growing company (start-up and/or scale-up);
You are a proactive hustler with a "get the job done" mentality;
"No" is your favourite word, because only then can the real work begin and can you show your talents;
You get a kick out of developing long lasting relationships and exceeding brand partner expectations;
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think of and carry out solutions on the spot;
Exceptional presentation and negotiating skills;
You are fun, energetic and add to the team dynamic.
Bonus points if you have
2-5 years of relevant working experience, with a proven track record in SaaS Enterprise sales;
