As Customer Success Manager in our Customer Success Team, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers and manage their success! Although you will be working for our Colombian office, we are a remote-friendly company! This means you can work from home within Colombia whenever you want. You can also join your colleagues in our Medellin office. It is completely up to you!
What this role looks like
As a Customer Success Manager for the International market, you will be a key player responsible for the success, growth, and development of Virtuagym as well as establishing a strong connection with our customers. You will add to the process of engaging and motivating our customers to use our software and retaining our customer base every day.
You will be proactively engaging with our customer base and analyzing activities to improve the experience, expand their usage, and keep them satisfied with Virtuagym.
Some of your key tasks as a Customer Success Manager
Analyze and monitor customer accounts in your own book of business by identifying risks/opportunities and managing the customer health score;
Be the voice of the customers by collecting and managing feedback/requests, NPS improvement, and analyzing reviews;
Maintain the relationship with the customers and manage the customer lifecycle;
Nurturing unhappy customers back to good health through trajectories of training, consulting, and regular check-ins;
Increase renewals, drive feature adoption and churn reduction;
Product champion, being able to drive adoption by being a true expert and advisor;
Extensive collaboration with onboarding, service, content and product teams.
What you will bring to the team
Prior work experience as a customer success manager, +1 year experience;
Fluent language skills in Spanish and English, an additional language (Dutch, German, French) would be a huge plus;
Experience in a SaaS environment, ideally in the fitness branch;
You are a true problem solver with great emphatic skills, who can easily build a trustful relation with our customers;
Affinity with health, fitness, or software is a big plus;
Easy to work with and a get things done mentality.
