What It’s All About

As Communications Coordinator for the German Market you will bring our marketing mix to life in our German speaking countries. You will manage the entire localization workflow, from defining and refining the prioritization, translation, verification, and optimization processes; all while closely partnering with our Web, Online, Content and Events Marketing executives to ensure that we meet campaign, operations, and budget goals. Sounds like a lot to handle? It is!

You will work on many facets of on- and offline communications, to make an informed decision on how to reach our prospects, how to convert them into qualified leads and how to engage with our customers. Our aim is to cultivate your skills and make a success out of your and our goals.


Your Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the creation and implementation of the content strategy
  • Translating our marketing strategy into concrete milestones to support our Global and regional objectives
  • Lead region-specific initiatives like supporting local events.
  • Translation and or creation of region specific content for web, blogs, ebooks, success stories and other various content pieces.
  • Proactively optimizing by giving input for web pages, ads and advertorials.
  • Create a presence on social media channels.
  • Contributing to email marketing activities for our lead nurture activities.
  • Coordinating public relations activities.
  • Ongoing monitoring, analysis and reporting of media presence.
  • Evaluating opportunities for advertising, both print and digital.
  • Building relations with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
  • Develop an understanding of industry trends affecting clients and give appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has/is:

  • Preferably a Bachelors in Communications / PR / Journalism or alike
  • Exceptional creative writing, editorial, analytical, and research skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and German (native-level required)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize simultaneous, multiple projects with varying deadlines
  • Results-oriented; able to take concepts and ideas through from implementation to action.
  • Innovative mindset; willingness to try creative and different ways of accomplishing work.  
  • An independent and proactive mindset
  • A strong sense of motivation
  • Approachable and sociable attitude

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with  Wordpress, Hubspot is a plus
  • Experience with optimizing content for SEO is a plus
