We are Virtuagym: a leading SaaS company providing an innovative all-in-one solution for health professionals ranging from large gyms to personal trainers. This includes exercise, nutrition guidance, progress tracking, and online coaching.

We are with two offices in Amsterdam and Medellin 200+ employees, nearly 15 million end-users, 30,000 trainers and more than 6,000 health clubs worldwide. Virtuagym is a scale-up which grows 100% every year.


We just launched our new and improved helpdesk earlier this year, but we still need to work on creating new content and improving the current content. We also want to keep improving our helpdesk for our B2B clients so they can find the help they need faster and easier and don’t need to contact our customer service team.


Constantly growing and innovating, we are looking for a new face to aid our Client Success team in improving and optimizing our new Client Helpdesk for 5-6 months, starting in January. Will you join us in our quest to create a healthier and happier world?



How life at Virtuagym will be:

As the Client Helpdesk Optimization Intern, you will be working 40 hours per week as a part of the Client Success team, having plenty of responsibility every day. You will work closely together with our Product Specialists from our Client Success team as well as with our Operations and Marketing colleagues on creating client focused articles & videos for a B2B audience on the launch of new features and improving the existing articles & videos. 


Next to that you will help to optimize the look and feel of our Helpdesk to improve the self sufficiency of our clients and the usability and searchability for our clients.

Some of your key tasks will be:

  • Creating new content (articles & videos) for our helpdesk
  • Assisting Product Specialists with data collection from the helpdesk
  • Assisting Product Specialists with the research on optimizing the helpdesk
  • Improving the current content and look & feel of the Helpdesk
  • Make sure all articles & videos are up to the same standard of formatting and writing style

Requirements

What you will bring to the team:

  • You’re a 3rd or 4th year student (HBO / WO) in EU of Communication or Marketing program
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • You know how to write Client focused content for a B2B audience
  • You are analytical, tech-savvy and have growth mindset
  • You are creative, motivated and passionate


Bonus points for…

  • Design skills or background
  • Prior experience with Video editing
  • Affinity with fitness
