Our Medellín office started in the north part of the city in an amazing and eco-friendly building called Ruta N, known as a center of innovation for the city. It was created by the city to promote the development of innovative technology-based businesses. After two years of significant growth, we have moved our office to the lush hillside of the upscale El Poblado neighborhood with amazing views of the entire city and easy access to Medellin’s most influential commercial centers. Our primary focus from the Medellín office is to manage the North and South American market.
What It’s All About
As an Outbound BDR you will be involved in the following activities:
Developing new leads
Participating in (inter)national promotion and sales activities, such as conferences
Help train new hires (as needed)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
90% Outbound outreach
Cold calling potential prospects
Asking existing clients for referrals
Reaching out to potential prospects on social media
Scheduling demos for account executives
Research potential prospects for the company
10% Ad hoc projects
Creating and taking part in trainings
Mentoring new employees and interns
Any other projects, as needed
6 months-3 years experience in cold calling prospects
Bachelors degree required; preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or Sports Management
Commercial, practical and result driven personality
Strong written and verbal communication skills in:
English (Native language)
People skills and affinity with sales
Independent and proactive
Enthusiastic and persistent
