You will be the front line of Virtuagym’s enterprise sales team, where we target larger fitness chains around Europe and the Americas such as Basic Fit, the YMCA’s and Xercise4less. As our enterprise sales team is growing very quickly, we are looking for ambitious and proactive Business Development Representatives to grow the team with us and win market share.
As an enterprise BDR, you will be responsible for driving revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting and following up on inbound enterprise leads. You will be responsible for driving awareness and interest in our product, using a variety of tools and channels to reach the selected prospects and have constructive conversations with them to discover their needs and to explain Virtuagym’s benefits. You will work closely with marketing and account executives to drive pipeline and ultimately plan meetings.

What It’s All About
As an enterprise BDR you will be involved in the following activities:
Proactive outreach to C-level and other stakeholders to plan a first meeting for the Account Executive
Conduct online account research and account mapping for the selected prospects
Ask your prospects the right questions to find out what’s driving them
Work closely together with the account executive for your market to manage strategic accounts
Use your social selling skills through social media such as LinkedIn
Create attractive outbound email campaigns
Qualify inbound enterprise leads for your market
Participating in international conferences and trade shows
Strengthen your market position by networking with prospects and industry leaders, and making use of existing resources
Training team members, as needed
1-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fitness and/or Software (Saas) industry
Proactive, commercial, and result driven team-player
Strong written and verbal communication skills in: German (Native)
Cold calling is an adrenaline rush and you love connecting to new people
Excellent communication and time management skills
Positive attitude and desire to win
