As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a new face to complement our sales team. As a Business Development Representative ('BDR') in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, creating pipelines, scheduling demos, outreach, managing your CRM, and building processes. Will you join us in our quest to create a healthier and happier world?

This is a remote position (within Colombia), where you will be working for our Medellin office. We are looking for a full-time employee (part-time can be discussed). We are a remote-friendly company, meaning you can work from your home at all times in Colombia. Additionally, you can work from any location you want up until 3 weeks at a time for a maximum of 12 weeks in a year. For the role of Business Development Representative, the salary range is between $3.500.000 COP - $4.200.000 gross per month

What this role looks like

  • Generating qualified prospects using cold email, cold calling (upwards of 100 calls per day), social selling, and networking.

  • Reaching out to existing prospects in our CRM.

  • Having high-level business conversations in which you can adequately express the value of our product in addition to knowledge of the industry.



Job requirements

What you will bring to the BDR team

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Desire and ability to learn high-level business concepts and internalize and apply those concepts to your job.

  • Dedication to improvement and personal development.

  • A very high level of English.

  • The ability to work remotely and not be micromanaged.
