If so, you may be our next Sales Operations Intern for the Spanish market. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid of the dirty work and ideally has past experience manipulating Excel spreadsheets. You get excited about being exposed to best-in-class technology (internal and external). Also, thinking about identifying opportunities to automate collection, analysis, and enrichment of data would be a fun challenge.

What you will do as the Sales Operations Intern

Your biggest focus is helping us get a better understanding of the tens of thousands of gyms and fitness studios across Europe. Imagine a 100,000 piece puzzle: we have the border completely figured out, but we need someone to find those missing pieces in the middle that are hard to distinguish between each other. This is a semi-autonomous internship - you will work with a positive and fun team supporting you along the way, but the work itself means you will spend most of your days with your headphones on, scraping Google, Facebook, Aggregator websites, working in Excel and Salesforce, and enriching our database. 

What it's all about

You will be involved in the following activities:

  • Assign Leads in CRM (Salesforce);
  • Ensure that the CRM contains accurate account details and contact information;
  • Work with the sales team and provide weekly reports, do market research, and enriching data;
  • Support the team by providing and generating leads if necessary;
  • Export/Import Leads to CRM. If the information is not accurate, update it;
  • Provide assistance and support for campaigns or strategies.


Your skills

  • Excel basic/medium level;
  • Commercial, practical and result-driven personality;
  • Fluency in Spanish and English;
  • Independent and proactive;
  • Enthusiastic and persistent;
  • Task-oriented personality.
