Our head office is situated in the center of Amsterdam and while we foster getting together to exchange ideas and energy, we are a remote-friendly company. This is a full time and remote position based in Spain where you will be working for our global teams.
What the role looks like
We are looking for an Account Executive to identify business opportunities within the health, fitness and wellbeing industry. You’ll speak with prospects such as gym owners, studio managers, personal trainers and fitness entrepreneurs, helping them understand how Virtuagym can support and grow their business.
Your main goal will be to identify opportunities with prospects and potential customers, present our product through demos, and support them throughout the sales process. You’ll receive guidance, training and coaching from the team, while gradually taking ownership of your pipeline and commercial targets.
If you have a background in sports or fitness, for example as a personal trainer, gym manager or fitness professional, and you’re ready to take the next step into a commercial role, we’d love to hear from you.
Your responsibilities as Account Executive
Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Spanish fitness and wellbeing market;
Present Virtuagym’s products to prospective clients through online demos;
Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales process;
Work towards individual and team commercial goals;
Keep accurate records of sales activities, opportunities and customer data;
Collaborate with your team, learn from feedback and continuously improve your sales approach.
What you bring to the Sales team
Experience or a strong background in the health, sports or fitness industry, for example as a personal trainer, gym manager or fitness professional
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish
A commercial mindset and motivation to build a career in sales
Sales experience is a plus, but not a hard requirement
An ambitious, eager-to-learn and proactive personality
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with prospects
Good communication skills in English.
