What It's All About?

As Technical Client Success Consultant at Virtuagym, your responsibilities will be:

  • Responsible for optimizations, systems, complex technical tasks such member-imports
  • Investigate/fix bugs and issues when reported at Client Success, and communicate this to the Product team
  • Handle customer technical enquiries efficiently and effectively, over email, chat and telephone, as well as assist our non-tech Client Success Consultants answer technical-related questions from customers
  • Act as the mediator between Development and Client Success to achieve improvements in the software, and educate customers  (internal and external) on new features and changes in the product
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Development team to deliver a cohesive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction with Virtuagym software
  • Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty

Requirements

Who Are You?

  • Bachelor's degree in the technical field or a related subject
  • Communicative, commercial, practical and result-driven personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • People skills, enthusiastic and persistent
  • Independent and proactive
  • Prior experience is a plus
  • Affinity with the fitness industry
