What is it all about
As Junior growth manager you are in charge of managing key projects within the company that help us achieve worldwide growth. You’ll start off by becoming an expert at using our service, identify the user’s needs and explore the system’s potential. It is your job to facilitate and stimulate engagement and retention of our users by translating customer insights/needs to actionable content and UX-related solutions.
You are responsible for the lead nurture process. The goal of this process is to move Marketing qualified leads towards sales qualified leads. This is done by applying different marketing activities such as emails, webinars and much more. You should be able to understand this process, improve it and really own it.
The other domain of the role is analysing the path that potential customers will take in order to learn, select and finally purchase our software. By analysing this from the client perspective you should be able to give workable feedback, suggestions and findings to the marketing team in order to improve our marketing activities as a whole.
