We are now looking for a Junior growth manager to join our Amsterdam-­based team in our efforts to make the world a healthier and fitter place.

What is it all about

As Junior growth manager you are in charge of managing key projects within the company that help us achieve worldwide growth. You’ll start off by becoming an expert at using our service, identify the user’s needs and explore the system’s potential. It is your job to facilitate and stimulate engagement and retention of our users by translating customer insights/needs to actionable content and UX-related solutions.


You are responsible for the lead nurture process. The goal of this process is to move Marketing qualified leads towards sales qualified leads. This is done by applying different marketing activities such as emails, webinars and much more. You should be able to understand this process, improve it and really own it.


The other domain of the role is analysing the path that potential customers will take in order to learn, select and finally purchase our software. By analysing this from the client perspective you should be able to give workable feedback, suggestions and findings to the marketing team in order to improve our marketing activities as a whole.


Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has/is:

  • Strong language skills in English both verbal and written;
  • Affinity with project management and planning;
  • Lead nurturing experience
  • An entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Ability to place yourself in the shoe’s of our potential clients and orientate like one
  • A critical thinker;
  • A team player.
  • Experience with improving conversion rates


Nice to Have

  • Experience with HTML and CSS;
  • Data driven decision making - analytical;


Bonus Points for

  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce;
  • Familiar with the scrum methodology;
  • Interest in the philosophy behind SaaS user onboarding;
  • Being familiar with onboarding software like ‘Inline Manual’.


Who are you?

  • You have a finished higher education, preferably in Marketing, Business or similar
  • Strong project management skills (sprints) with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Data makes your clock tick. You actually can’t do without before making decisions.
  • You have an analytical approach. The first question you ask when looking at data is “why?”
  • A pragmatic approach is part of your nature to translate concepts into action.
  • The ability to think outside the box and experiment with new approaches
  • You have a high attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • An independent and proactive mindset
  • Approachable and sociable attitude
  • Strong verbal communication skills (both written and verbally) in English


Your experience

  • You have proven experience with (web) design and UX;
  • You know what it takes to bring ideas from concept to implementation.
