You will start your role with a 3 month traineeship learning you the ropes of our platform technology and service infrastructure. After this, you will have all the knowledge and tools you need to help disrupt the corporate health market with our innovative technology solutions. Additionally, as a member of our team, we always expect you to think along on a strategic level on how we can improve and grow, making this a challenging job with lots of variety and great colleagues.

What It's All About?

As Client Support Corporate Health at Virtuagym your responsibilities will be:

  • Developing long lasting customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty;
  • Onboarding of new clients;
  • Supporting corporate health clients on a day-to-day basis to help them achieve success;
  • Measuring customer satisfaction and helping to resolve issues;
  • Improving current processes and protocols;
  • Actively participating in product meetings being the voice of the customer;


Who Are You?

  • Communicative, commercial, practical and result-driven personality;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • A third language is a plus (French, Spanish or German);
  • People skills, enthusiastic and persistent;
  • Independent and proactive;
  • Prior experience is a plus;
  • Affinity with corporate health and wellness;
