Business Development Representative - North America

Virtuagym is a fast growing company located in Medellin and Amsterdam. With our innovative software solutions for consumer health tracking, coaching, scheduling, apps and membership management, Virtuagym offers a unique all­-in-­one solution for consumers, personal trainers and health clubs worldwide. 

With over 8 million users and backed by investors Sanoma Media and Saffelberg Investments, we aim to grow Virtuagym exponentially on both a national and an international level. Due to our ongoing growth we have a job opening for a Business Development Rep. to join our Medellin-­based team in our efforts to make the world a healthier and fitter place.

What It’s All About

  • As an BDR you will be involved in the following activities:
  • Developing new leads
  • Following up on incoming leads
  • Running Webchats
  • Taking incoming calls from prospects
  • Participating in (inter)national promotion and sales activities, such as conferences


Your Skills

  • 0-3 years experience
  • Commercial, practical and result driven personality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in:
    • English (Native)
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills in:
    • Spanish (Non-Mandatory)
  • People skills and affinity with sales
  • Independent and proactive
  • Enthusiastic and persistent
